But I purchased MediaJukebox previously.

Why are you asking me to pay for it again.

I even have a license.

I have tried several times to restore my license by use of your website, and have been unable to do so.

Thanks for your help... my hard drive crashed and I've been reinstalling everything to my new hard drive, but I cannot locate the floppy with the registration info on it. I wish to continue to use your products and spread the word to drum up business for you on this great alternative player!

You have a version 7 license. The restore web page only works with version 8 licenses. Please see the faq at the top of this page.
