Netflix Closed Captioning
« on: February 24, 2011, 06:25:11 pm »

If you can get closed captioning to work that would be a plus.. else it is not worth much to me as I can get that with their feed.

Next what would really sell is letting this software send a closed caption version of nextflix to a ROKU device.

I will still probably pay the addition $2.00 over the last upgrade price since you have put up with me for this long.

I know this all started out with Audio for me.. Now my wife need WORDS.

Hello JRiver,

Thanks for introducing more Netflix options for users in MC16, lots of great work. Volume control and full screen default work well, and browsing the Instant Cue is MUCH easier.

I have an additional Netflix suggestion for this thread, it would be nice to be able to customize the browsing catagories. I currently have "Action; Comedy; Drama; Foreign; and Documentary." These may be generated my viewing history with Netflix, but if you now have development access to other categories it would be nice to be able to manage this in the Settings for Theater View (for example, "Television" or "Music and Musicals")

Access to the sub-genres would be even better...like the sub-catagory "Sci-Fi Cult Classics."

Stay tuned, the customizable categories feature is on the list.  I've wanted this for a while myself :)
