Two could be from two e-mail addresses.

The mailing went to all customers since it has some important news about MC16 (Blu-ray, for example).  If you have an MC16 license, or you bought MC15 after Jan 1, you can download the latest, free of charge.
It's not 2 email addresses on my end.  Based on the header info I have available (posted above, but edited by a moderator), the messages were sent to 2 different lists (mlist@...) and forum@...) on your end which presumably expand into 2 separate distributions.  As I recall, Bob (or someone else at JRiver) had said he was going to setup a separate test list with email addresses from a few of us who were experiencing problems to try to help track down the problem, so forum@ might be that list and explain why I received the message twice.  Note that I'm not complaining about receiving the message twice as that's better than not at all :).  I was just providing some feedback to let you guys know that the message was received on my end.
