I'm impressed by MC16 and I bought it today. I made a mistake and entered my name with the german letter "ö". It appears as ö in the registration information and I would like to use oe instead of ö. Could you please change the name for me as I can't do this myself (at least not on the restore page).

Please help me. It's a bit annoying that wired symbols are displayed instead of ö or oe.

Your license contains ö, so I think it's a display bug.

Let us test with your license on our side and see what is happening.  Don't be alarmed if you get a few license emails as we test.  We'll reset your restore count when we're done.

Did you find something? I think it may be related to the character encoding in your purchase system/form (so it's php/sql db related). You don't need to fix the problem if it's low priority but just replace the umlaut character with oe and I'll download the "new" license to get rid of the umlaut display bug....
