We spent a bit of time rating our music - and then found that the ratings disappeared.  Is there a problem with the send to action?

i do not think they are saved with the tags so if you had to re-import them it will not have them rated.

There are no known bugs with the send to / tagging system. (that's not to say there aren't any)

Could you give us some more details about what's happening?  Are the files imported, what types of files are they, etc.
