Media Center Opens When I Close Firefox???

My fancy new PC- Win 7 64 bit with Media Center 16.0.87 and Firefox 4.0.1 (with Foxytunes)

OK.  If I haven't started Media Center.

When ever I close Firefox Media Center immediately opens it self.  This is not a big problem but it is annoying.

Does anyone know what this is all about?
