Registration code
« on: June 01, 2002, 07:09:00 pm »

Hi guys...congrats on the final version of MediaJukebox!  It has been stable for me since about 8.0.2xx.  AnYwAy...I bought MediaJukebox 8 on January 27, which was evidentially before you guys started using registration codes in the email...hence, since I just moved (and now have a new email), and formatted & installed XP on my computer, I can no longer use my license to activate MediaJukebox.  I have my .rrg file, and my original email, and I've posted here before.  However, I used my dad's CC to place the order...I don't know if that is a problem getting me a new license/registration.  Any info you guys need, just let me know.

Any help is appreciated,
~Matthias

Hi Matthias,

Send me your old email  (that you used for the purchase) and your new email to gateley @ jriver.com and I'll set it up so you can restore .

It could be, but we don't have too many to do now.

We've sent a couple of e-mails to everyone, but some addresses have changed and some gave us bogus addresses.

I think we're past the worst now and that things will settle down.

We met last week to discuss how we can make the v8 licensing easier and we will make some changes to the web pages next week that should reduce the number of questions here.
