I am having problems with MJ 8.0.289 on WinME.  I load MJ and everything works fine and then I exist the program.  Then I load MJ again and I get the error message that mediajukebox.exe problem an error.  Windows is pretty well hosed after that and I have to reset my computer.  I did not have this problem with various beta version of MJ.  I am running dual OSs on my computer.  Under WinXP MJ runs great and is rock solid.  Is anyone else having this same problem?  Please help.

Try a reboot, reinstall of MJ.

I'm running it on one WinMe machine without problems.

Are you running Slide Show or Album View or DFX or .... ?? with MJ?

I have the same problem...it may sound silly and I don't know whay it works but, I use a different icon to start the program.  The icon the installer puts in the quick launch and desktop do to me what you are describing.  

I just send a new short cut from the program files or start menu to the quick launch.  I had thought about writing in about this problem but since I fixed though it was "normal" for the beta......kept doing it for the official release though.

Anyway that fixed it.

I have MJ 8.0.289 running on Windows ME and other than the problem I have trying to burn a data CD, so far all I've tried works fine.

I can run MJ, exit it, then reload it with no problem.
