MC16 & Samsung Galaxy SII issues (playlists)
« on: June 05, 2011, 01:58:25 am »

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy SII and like the default music player of Samsung.

Unfortunatly this only works properly when connecting via "KIES" mode, so not default "USB" mode and the Samsung player does not support M3U playlists, only PLA playlists.

MC recognises this device properly (I presume it thinks it's a Windows Media device)

The problem is now that all synched playlists to the device only play the first 2 songs and then is stuck always with the second song playing over and over again.

The only way to fix this is via my Samsung device to edit the playlist (change order for example) and then it saves properly and then the playlist plays ok.
This I have to repeat for each synched playlist.

I don't want to switch to another music player which supports M3U because I like the look & feel of Samsung's music player.
