Need Key

I purchased MJB last month. (vesion 8.0) and have since built a new computer. I tried to get a new key, but the restore page will not recognize my registration code, and when I try the Email route, it helpfully sends me the same code, and tells me I have 10 restores remaining.

Please help.   :-/

Make sure you have the latest version of 8.0 or 9.0 available from our downloads page.

Did you read the instructions on the page I mentioned above?

When you use the restore, what happens?

Are you using IE?

If you go to Help in MJ, is the Purchase option greyed out?

Yes, I followed the link to the page indicated. When i enter my registration code and submit, I am taken to a page that says " Error - We could not find that liscense."

On the first machine (original download and install), the Buy Media Jukebox option is greyed out. I upgraded to 8.0.396 a couple of days ago on this platform from the original version I purchased (8.0.394), without incident.

Yes, I am using Windows IE 6.0 with all current updates.

Please help. I built and configured the new platform to be a local music server for the numerous computers in my household, and I need my MJB.

Hi Scorpion,

Are you using copy-and-paste to enter the key or typing it?
Use copy-and-paste.
