Is it possible to automate media type dependent MC option settings?

Are there any possibilities to auction/option settings in MC when starting a certain file type?

E.g. to perform the following operations when starting a movie:
1) Make sure Output DSP plugin is enabled or configured to run JRSS 5.1 to 7.1 (2.0 to 2.1)
2) Copy content from one text file to another (alternatively, run a particular .bat file)

and vice versa, when listening to music
1) make sure Output Format plugin is disabled or configured to leave dtomate funual channel music untouched
2) Copy content from one text file to another (alternatively, run a particular .bat file)

You can create multiple zones, each with their own settings.
