There appear to be some bugs when browsing under the "Year" node.

I've Switched from 'thumbnail' view to 'details' list style when in a particular year. Selecting image (large thumbnail) under columns does not display the artwork. Selecting image (small thumbnail) works, but MC does not remember the next time a go in. The details list is presented with no image. Also the column widths return to default. ?

Assuming you are not using a library server client (the view changes would need to be applied on the server *), could you please provide more details?

I just reset a test library to default views and there is no "Year" (or Dates) item for audio in the tree. Only the Image and Video media categories have "Dates". In order to try to reproduce the problem I would first need to replicate your view configuration. Please describe exactly how the view is configured (screenshots of the view and its settings might help).

Regarding the "large thumbnail" column, it works only in grouped views -- click or right-click the view header (tab if "Show Tabs" is enabled) and set "group by...". Regarding the column width, perhaps you have the "Auto size columns" option enabled in Options > Tree & View > List.
