Problem with my Ortec remote as of version 86

Hi
I have have an Ortec vrc-1100 http://ortek.en.ec21.com/Vista_MCE_Remote_Control_VRC--921742_1830192.html remote which is a combo of MCE remote and HID ( no blaster ).
as of version 86 with the new theatre view.
the 4 colored buttons ( see link )
which were mapped to Video TV Pic and Music has stopped working for the specific locations in theatre view
 and are all ending in the main theatre view window as the green button does.
remapping didn't help.
tried suppressing system handling did not help
any suggestions ?

The remote control isn't the problem, it's that we've changed how Theater View navigation works and there is some re-plumbing that needs to be done to make those buttons work again.  It's on our list and should be fixed soon.

well I've been waiting a long time.
noticed back in some release the problem was supposedly solved but it's not on my machine/remote.
the only button working is audio.
all other 3 colored buttons are functioning as the green button and seem to direct to home.
tried to revert to default and remap from scratch, didn't work  ?
