Dinner: Irish Lamb Stew

Bacon, lamb, salt (To Taste Before Serving), ground black pepper, all-purpose flour (Thinking), garlic, onion, water, beef stock, white sugar (If Desired) carrots, potatoes, dried thyme, bay leaf, white wine (De-glaze Pan). Bacon Not Shown (It Was In The Pan Frying). Cook For 1 1\2 Hours, Add Potatoes, And Carrots Cook For Another 20 - 30 Mins.

You cook things my mother cooked for us when I was young that I swore I'd never cook in my home - only they look A LOT better when you do them... ;D

Today Is "Papa Rellena" (Stuffed Mashed Potatoes), Then It's Deep Fried, With A Rice Dish
