License problem after update

I'm sorry if this has been explained somewhere on the boards, but after
reading a few previous posts and reponses, it seems that my situation
is unique and I hope someone here can help.

I purchased MJ8 beta in late Jan this year and now want to update to
the latest beta. I can't find my registration code, but I still have the rrg
file. I go to update my registration, and it connects me to the internet.

Not knowing my registration code, it gives me the option to send my email
address. Because my isp changed its domain name in March, the original
email address is no longer valid, but there is an option to send a
different email address as well. So I think I'm all set. However, the
response I get is that it can't find my license.

Here's my buy-button info from the original purchase:

Email: adamerickson@mediaone.net

My new email is adamerickson@attbi.com

Can you please help?

I'm found the answer in the post titled: "Media Jukebox 8.0.282 RC"

I simply need to send the email the buy-button receipt
(which looks similar to what I posted above) to music@jriver.com.

Hi Adam,

I updated your email address, now just go to the restore page, click the button for unknown code, and then put in your new email address.
