Proxy Changer

Is there a IE plug-in to add some proxies and maybe quickly change between them?

I have found that sometimes If your using a proxy, not all video will stream correctly

But I found a program "Proxifier" that will ensure all connections go thru the proxy

This has fixed a problem I was having On two UK sites (ITV's Iplayer, and The 4OD Site That uses the flash player).
