Hello.
The voice is one of AC3, and the voice is not  from TV though I want to deliver MPEG2-TS to Panasonic DT3 TV that supports the DLNA client by using the DLNA server function of MC16 in the stream. Please teach how to do the setting of MC16 where.
OS that it MC16 is Windows7.

Are you getting static from your TV speakers?  If so, you may have a bitperfect problem.  Try these settings on the MC16 DLNA server:

MC16 Options -> File Location
Conversion cache all set to "do not create cache".

MC16 Options -> File Types
all file types set to automatic

MC16 Options-> Media Network
Use Media Network to share this library and enable DLNA set to YES
Access key used
Authentication set to YES
-> Add or Configure DLNA Servers.....
Audio Conversion set to NEVER CONVERT    <------- This is the key setting.
