New Purchases - Why aren't they Version 16? [they are]

I had an older trial version of Version 15 on my computer and decided to buy the software so I did the purchase.  It licensed version 15 and tells me I have to buy version 16 for another $27 dollars.  Why would this be part of the initial purchase.  I am already regretting this purchase.

You have a Media Center 16 license.

Just install Media Center 16 (it's available at the top of this board or from the download page) and restore using your license code.
