Yesterday I Bought Some Sun Dried Tomatoes In Olive Oil

I Have Never Had Sun Dried Tomatoes Unless They Were Like Flakes, And In Bread Or Crackers Or Something.

Dang They Tasted So Good.

So I Was Making Beef Wellington Today, And I Figured I Would Change It Up A Bit.

I Add The Sun Dried Tomatoes To The Mushrooms You Put Around the Beef (I Used A Rib Eye Roast Trimmed).

I Left off The Mustard, And Added Shallots, And Garlic
