I don't think there is, but you can do it in two steps. Just don't reset the file selection before running the tool for the second time. Check carefully what you set in the Rename, Move & Copy Files tool settings each time. For example, first copy the files to the backup drive without updating the database (use the plain "Copy" mode) and then move the files to the main drive (use the "Rename" mode, which will also update the database).
