V8.0.296 suddenly stops

It's installed on a PC running Win98 and was working fine.
Suddenly it stopped in the middle of a track and shut down and returned to the desktop.
I started again and it's the same prob. Any clues?

Did you try a reboot?

Pick Another Song?

Try Playing From Another Source (Like A CD)

What type of file were you playing? (MP3, Ogg, Wav, ect...)

if you go to MJ, Help, System Info you can post your system info here, maybe someone can help
