I just purchased this phone and it seems to start syncing ok.  The first file usually comes across and then the rest hang and come back error.  Is this just because it's a new device and not fully supported yet?  When I drag and drop in MTP mode, everything seems to work fine but then of course, I don't get any playlists.

Syncing in mass storage mode also seems to work but then my protected files do not work and the playlists do not come across.

Any ideas?  This is pretty important as to whether I keep the phone and I only have 14 days to figure it out.

I'm using 16.0.164 on Windows 7
