Support for Bantam Interactive BA350?
« on: May 24, 2002, 10:28:17 am »

I notice the support for a number of portable digital media players. Is it possible to get support for the Bantam Interactive BA350 player? (http://www.bantamusa.com) I love this player, but the accompanying software is one of the most badly designed, unusable pieces of software I have ever seen.

twriter,

I have tried to get Bantam to cooperate with us in the past and they have not responded.  I just sent them another email today after reading your message so if they respond and can get us a Developer's kit so that we can create a Plug-in, we will be glad to support this device.

TWRITER,
Send them an e mail requesting they work with MJ.
I did that a few weeks ago. Maybe if enough people hound them, they will respond.

Well, it seems Bantam is receiving everyone's email. Here is their latest response....

"The president of Bantam is the person who will make the final decision
on the possiblility of SDK for our model(s).  He is very much aware of
such requests.  His travel schedule is very hectic, however, I will make
sure to bring it to his attention the next time he is in the office."

Thanks everyone for the emails and we probably just need to wait it out now.
