MC 24 Lost use of Equalizer
« on: December 25, 2020, 11:00:47 am »

Was poking around in DSP Studio & Playback Option and now cant use my Equalizer. Get message "Playback stopped working, playback doesnt support processing". Also message "undo internal voulume". Not sure what I changed but would like to get back the equalizer. nAny help to restore?

thanks!

It sounds like you either enabled bitstreaming or turned off volume control (i.e. set volume control to disabled)?  If so try undoing those changes.

Thanks much mwillems, I think you are on the right path.
I right click the speaker icon and am checked "system volume" and unclicked enable volume when bit streaming. Still no equalizer but may have to reboot?

You need to disable bitstreaming altogether to use the equalizer, I think.
