if you are using version 7 that option was under help.

if you are using version 8, it can be restored from the internet (under help), and backups are not required, but can be saved for 14 days when a restore is done.

after 14 days the saved key will not work, but mj will

Each time you announce a new v8 beta build, you say "Please back up your library and your license".

Why ? If it is not possible to backup a licence, this sentence doesn't make sense and can confuse a reader.

Instructions have been changed.  Backing up a license isn't necessary for version 8.  Please see the FAQ here if you have more questions.
