Hi everyone.
I have used MC for the last 18 months without any issues, but after upgrading to 16 I have blue screen crash problems that are making it unusable
The blue screen crashes seem to occur most when using theater view and especially opening or switching between video files. I have looked at the other threads regarding blue screen crashes and read that this must be a hardware issue but I do not understand why - I have no problems with similar music/video software or the 3D rendering software I use. I have updated all the drivers and am now at a dead end not knowing what to do next. I am really gutted I can't use MC as it is the main thing I use on my HTPC - please help!
I have started the logging feature and recieved my first email today - this is the system info, but how do I post the text file? It is too many characters.
