the other day the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission went onto private property, where a man kept 9 deer. The warrant issued said that the department was to take the deer into custody, and fine the owner.

there reasoning was to make sure none of the deer had CWD, a disease of the brain like mad cow.
today the results came back none had CWD
I think there maybe some people in the Wildlife Resources Commission that has CWD
