I am attempting to record Sound via microphone.  Using MJ v8.0.276, the VU meters respond to my voice and then after 30-60 seconds, I press Stop.  There is an immediate response within MJ, by what I call a repagination, to imply that MJ updated with the new file.  I cannot find the 01 - Microphone file anywhere, within MJ, or on my hard drive.  I tried to Import and confirmed the Record To folder to be correct.  Does anyone have any ideas on fixing?

Select "Media Library" from the tree so your entire library is listed. Then click on the Date column until it's sorted from newest to oldest file. Do you see your recording at the top of the list?
