Purchase feature not working

I've been trying to purchase MC but when I click purchase in the help menu I receive an error message saying that there is no program associated with this action.  Any ideas?

Have you tried downloading the latest version from our download page?

This can happen if you don't have a web browser registered on the system.  You can test this theory by typing http://google.com in your Windows run box.  It should work, but I'm guessing it won't on your system.  Reinstalling your favorite browser would probably fix it.
