AVI video Playback problems
« on: November 02, 2011, 06:51:01 pm »

Not sure when this started, but am currently on 17.0.26. AVI videos, some music videos I have in this format, will play but some do not have audio and none have the elasped time, bitrate or sample rate displayed.

Any ideas....?

Can you post a dump of the info from MediaInfo for one of the files?

Might be one of the updated filters acting up.  It would be good to check.  Also, if you roll back a version or two, do the files play in MC then?  (ProTip: You can just install an old build "over top" of a newer build, as long as they haven't altered the Library Format for some reason).

Lastly, would it be possible for you to post a link where we could download and test a sample file?  Perhaps a public folder in Dropbox?
