Hiding Cover art
« on: January 20, 2012, 06:00:58 pm »

Is there some way of not having the cover art show in the library?

I keep the art with the movie.

When you set up auto import, edit the folder to set the filetypes you want to import.

Are your pictures and audio in two separate folders, one not contained in the other?

If so, Configure Auto Import to include each of those folders, rather than just the root of the file system.

Select your Music folder, and Edit.  Deselect anything non-Audio.
Select your Pictures folder, and Edit.  Select Pictures, and possible video, deselecting Audio.

My question has nothing to do with Audio. I am asking if there is a way not to have cover art in the library

Sorry, I automatically think Audio when I see Cover Art.

Same concept, but configure your Movie folder in Auto Import to not include Images.

Then go to your Images view, and select the cover art already imported, and hit Delete.
