Global Exit to main Menu
« on: December 09, 2011, 06:12:23 pm »

Can a global exit back to the main menu be put in theater view, rather then having to go back back back?

The Green Button on a Media Center Remote will take you there.

Hi Jim, We are not using a remote, we use a mouse.

You might be a lot happier with a Media Center Remote.

If you have a keyboard, try using the four arrow buttons and the enter key.  You can navigate and use Theater View with just those buttons.  That's how the remote works.

F11 does what the Green Button does.

We dont use  keyboard either, just that there are so many remotes.

We tried to set up a harmony remote but that was too complicated, so we are now back to a very cluttered coffee table of remotes and a mouse we found was the easiest way to navigate MC.

Is the mouse programmable (eg. has a bunch of rarely-used buttons, one of which can be programmed to keypress F11)?
