Is this what they call technical support??  I've posted a question on here, but look at the posts of others im not optimistic that anyone can help.  Does anyone know of a direct email address to the 'helpful' folks at Media Jukebox??

Bump your post describing the problem...or describe it again here. Sometimes posts get skipped over because it is not seen (yes...this is possible) or the solution is here somewhere (you just have to search using the forum search). Tech support is a mixture of users (such as I) and the JR staff. This is as good as it gets.
