Customize the "Playing Now" text for Tweet/Copy

Is there any way to customize the "Playing Now" text which is copied or Tweeted? Also, does anyone know if 17 will supported sharing playing now info to Facebook and/or Google+?

I too would like to tweet or post to Facebook certain tracks that I like. As an example it would be nice to have a feature to click on a track while playing and post it to social networking sites.
I can code .Net if anyone has anything for me to start with. I will post it when done.
