moving video image inside full screen window
« on: January 25, 2012, 05:21:08 pm »

Is it possible to move a 2.35 AR movie to the top of a 16:9 screen such that the black bar at the top is gone, and the black bar at the bottom is double tho normal size? Also, if this is possible, can it be "remembered" per movie? Do custom ARs get stored for each video file once set up?

Thanks,

Zoom and shift is fully supported, and remembered per movie.

Use right-click or the OSD (arrow keys) while playing.

I do this in my home theatre, so that the back row seats can see completely over the lower front row. Just use the vertical position option on the OSD like Matt says. No need to zoom for this case of course.
