the position of the display slider does not match the position of the top bar

If I detach the display, and use the arrow key to advance the video, it gets out of sync with the position shown in the top bar of the main MC window.

The problem with this, is that if I arrow to the end of a video, the display window shows I'm at 22:15 of 22:15, but the MC main display says I'm at 21:45 of 22:15, and I can not advance the window any further, since the window thinks I'm already at the end.

This has been an issue for months, I just never took the time to report it until now :(
