Unnecessary Option? Disabling FFDSHOW and Haali Tray Icons

Now that we have fancy-pants Red October that doesn't really use FFDSHOW much (if at all anymore) and doesn't use Haali's splitter at all, it seems like the Options -> Startup -> Startup Actions -> Disable Tray Icons options are no longer necessary.
