Mini-me song display

I've nearly completed a mini-me skin but i have a problem where when my skin is minimized, then restored the song display jumps over to where my time display is.  When it loads its perfectly positioned.  I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong with my coordinates.

Just wondering if this is a known issue or if there's something i can try to fix this that i haven't thought of.
