For JohnT, CD Burning Question
« on: May 09, 2002, 02:50:32 pm »

I know i can repost in a previous thread but this gets someones attention more.

This could either be a system problem or a beta build problem. Every time i burn a CD with the generic driver off MJ8 wont eject the cd when its done. Even with the eject option checked. Matter of factly, whether the eject option is checked or not, MJ8 continues to read the CD as if its still burning and the only way to make the drive eject is by rebooting. Any ideas as to why this may be happening? ANy suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Also, is there anyway to get the CD info to not encode the title "VARIOUS" under artist name and show the artist name instead??? I Know most burning programs will just encode the artist name text if no artist is entered into the CDs artist field. A definte plus when making mix CDs with multiple artists.
