Hi,
Would like to ask:
How to Move Navigation Bar below in Full Screen Mode?

I come from Media Player Classic, and find the top navigation bar very annoying (to me as I have been using MPC for years).

Especially now that I cannot use my mouse up and down scroll buttons to change the volumes.

Also is there any way to bind the mouse up and down button to volume instead of forward and backward?

The mouse wheel works the volume if the cursor is over the volume slider.

You could also try the OSD by pressing up/down/left/right while playing full screen.  This works well with a remote.
