It appears two different File Info Panel templates are being used. Check the search rule for the template that should be used (e.g., 'Video') and the search rules for every template above it in the list of templates. I think you'll find the second movie is tagged in such a way it's being matched by the wrong template.

How?  ? ? ? The films are in the same category:

Video> Groups (Movies=filmes [in pt_br])> Genre (Anime)

The templates are the same. How template wrong?  :-\ :-\

Helpe-me.  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Each template has a search rule defining what files it applies to. The program checks each template until it finds one with a rule the matches the file. That template is used to display the file's data.

If you want to figure out what the program is doing (and why it's not doing what you expect), do the same thing with each file. That is, look at it's tags, and check each template until you find the first one with a search rule that matches it.

Nothing, all the same... and now?

Sorry, I can't help without more information. From the images, the files appear to be using different templates. If they are, then I think I've identified the only reason that could be so.

Exactly what you found when you did this...

If you want to figure out what the program is doing (and why it's not doing what you expect), do the same thing with each file. That is, look at it's tags, and check each template until you find the first one with a search rule that matches it.

That is, all the relevant tags for each file, and an ordered list of the template search rules. Or your explanation of why the one matching template appears to two different templates. Although I doubt this is the case, it's possible for one template to produce very different results if expressions rather than fixed field values are being used.

Resolved.

Look:

* A lenda do Dragão Milenar > Media SubType = Movie

* First Squad - A Hora da Verdade > Media SubType = TVShow

Now: First Squad - A Hora da Verdade  > Media SubType = Movie

Thanks for your attencion.

Glad you figured it out. With file info panel templates automatically changing based on a tag, and Carnac automatically setting the wrong tag value, these things can be very confusing. ;)
