You can only play them if you have first ripped them. There is a
guide
for ripping them at computeraudiophile.com.

No. You also can't rip a Blu-ray in MC the way you can rip an audio CD. You need an on-the-fly decryption program installed such as anyDVD for Blu-ray. There is no on-the-fly decryption program for DVD-Audio so you need to use a standalone program.
