Consistent ~1 minute hang on startup. Cause?

Not seeing anything relevant.

About 20 seconds after I start MC17, it doughnuts. Playback, if I started it, continues as normal but otherwise MC is completely unresponsive for about 40 seconds. Now always happens on launch.

Turned podcasts off.
Turned Media Network off.
Checked folders being pointed at.

Still happens.

Unplug any devices you can.
