I have some songs that appear on multiple albums and in an effort to free up space I would like to have a single copy of the file but have it show up in all the albums that it would normally appear in.
The plan is to have the single file with a shortcut in the other album folders in explorer but I don't know how to accomplish multiple records in MC's library.
I seem to remember a reference to something similar from years past but have not had any luck with search.

Not the one I was thinking of but it should be helpful none the less, the one I was thinking of was from a few years ago (08-09ish).
From what I remember the convo was something to the effect of the opposite of stacks.
