mp3's that won't analyse

When I try to analyse replay gain on this file

or any of the South Park commentary extracts, it goes from Queued, to Error, then straight back to Queued.
Any ideas? Do any of the J River guys still read this forum?

It analyzes fine in MC9.

I think it's a problem with the analyzer in MJ8. The file is at a low sampling rate (64kbps) and it is not at 44,100Hz. When I was using MJ8 I had similar files that wouldn't analyze, but then analyzed fine once I upgraded to MC9.
