Video window won't move with 'Hide Borders' enabled

I've seen this mentioned in a MC 15 discussion and thought I'd brought it up again. The ability to move the window would be very helpful, and a logical step since it seems a bit restrictive for an advanced program like MC (although it's really not such big a deal).
