Since a few days I started noticing that with Blu-Rays (which I play from folders on my harddisk) the video and audio are not synchronized. I don't know for sure if it is ONLY since a few days or that it was already the case since I started using MC 17. Maybe the latter and didn't notice it earlier.
The audio comes some milliseconds before the video. It is not much but now that I know it, it is becoming very annoying.
I checked it with a few Blu-Ray's and on all it is the same, so it is not only with a particular one. And it is ONLY with Blu-Ray's. Mkv's and dvd's are fine.
When I play the same Blu-Ray's in TMT 5 the audio and video are perfectly synchronized. So it must have something to do with MC as far as I can judge.
As I said in another thread I have Automatic Display Settings Changing enabled as well as VideoClock.
What could be the cause of this ?

Please describe the Audio Path you are using:
- Bitstreaming or Decoding (recommended)
- Audio Renderer used (eg WASAPI, WASAPI(Event Style), Direct Sound) & Output Mode settings for this
- Any DSP Effects of note

Also is this delay only for certain audio types such as DTS-MA (and if so are you using the arcsoft dtsdecoderdll.dll ?)

I have the following settings:

Bitstreaming None, in other words Decoding
WASAPI Event style, Mode > Device: Sony TV (using NVidia drivers)
No DSP Effects

It occurs, as far as I can see/hear with all audio types.

If it occurs with all types, you should just adjust the A/V sync timing in Options > Video.

This is necessary when something in the chain (display, receiver, etc.) has some input lag.

But it doesn't occur with mkv files and dvd's.
And that would mean that I have to change these settings when I play a dvd or mkv ?
Moreover in TMT 5 everything is perfect.

Ahh more investigation is needed then as the decoding path is the same with MKVs and BDs (but is different with DVD as it uses the MS DVD Navigator Filter) so both should have the same sync issue.  Are you sure everything is the same between the MKV and the BD such as frame rate, audio format, video format etc (to be sure you could rip you BD to MKV to see if the issue is still there or if it goes away).  I may help to post the filter info (while playing a video --> right click --> Direct Show Filters --> Copy Graph Info to Clipboard then past it here).

Meanwhile I made a mkv from a BD with Make MKV and it had the same sync problems.

But most probably my settings must have been messed up the last few days. I uninstalled MC and reinstalled it, restored my library from a backup and I had the same problems. Then I uninstalled again, this time completely (also removing the library) and made the settings the same as before (in audio and video etc) and started from scratch, rebuilding the library. Everything plays fine now, no synchronizing problems anymore as far as I can see. Unfortunately I still don't know what has been the problem.

Btw, this is the Graph Info I get now:
