Program becomes unresponsive
«

I'm a long time JRiver customer and rarely post here but these new upgrades has made MC17 almost un-usable. Program has been unresponsive and stops and crashes often for the last 2 or 3 upgrades.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Everything has been fine until recently. Can someone explain how I can go back a few versions and just leave it there?

When you say crash, do you mean the program disappears? Or freezes?
What are you doing when you have trouble. Is it something specific? Or random?
Firewall? Virus checker?
Are your files local? Or on a network drive?
Any details you can provide would be appreciated.

You can also reinstall an older version - if the newer vesion is giving you trouble.
You can copy the download link, then paste back into your browser, change the version number to the older number, and download.
