DVD Play - Monitor ghosting
« on: April 16, 2012, 08:45:09 am »

I am repeating my message as it seems to have got lost over time (partially by me!)

All DVDs play but have images repeating horizontally together with some dis-colouration on the VDU. Have changed Monitor frequency from 60 to 70 htz - no difference. Any ideas?

What brand/model monitor are you using? How are you connected to it (VGA, DVI, HDMI)?
Also, what computer do you use (video card, GPU brand). What are your video settings in MC? Are you using RO-Standard (not RO+HQ)?
We are happy help, just need more info to get started.

Monitor - IIyama Prolite 2210W (set as Generic PnP Monitor)
Board - Intel 82865G using VGA
IBM Thinkcentre 3.00 Ghz 1.25Gb RAM
MC settings RO (Standard)
