I'm getting the message "An unknown failure occurred"
after decoding all files and writing the first file, just when it starts reading the second file.
I have MJ Plus 7.2.280, Windows XP and PHILIPS CD burner CDRW1610A.
If there's anyone that can help me,

I'd recommend upgrading to the latest version 8 beta of Media Jukebox. There have been many improvements for CD burning.
If you'd rather stick with version 7, try a slower burning speed, or uncheck the "generic driver" on the cd writer settings page. If you can't uncheck it, try downloading and installing ASPI. Here is Adaptec's aspi download page:
